Childcare Room
Application Deadline: May 12, 2025
1. Eligibility
The childcare service is available for children of participants attending the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology.
2. Age Range
In principle, the service is available for children from around 3 to 4 months old (when they can hold their heads up) up to 12 years old.
3. Capacity
The childcare service has a maximum capacity of 20 children (first-come, first-served basis).
Once full, additional requests will be placed on a waiting list.
4. Operating Hours
Wednesday, July 2, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Thursday, July 3, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM
Friday, July 4, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
5. Location
Okinawa Convention Center
※ The exact location of the childcare room will be provided via email to registered participants.
6. Usage Fee
Free of charge
7. Meal
- We are not preparing any meal, snack or milk products at the Childcare Room. Please bring your own as needed.
- Children are allowed to have lunch, snacks, or beverage only brought in by the parents at the site.
- Please prepare children’s personal belongings including changing diapers, changing clothes, hat etc.
8. Insurance
For us to respond to any unexpected incidents, we are cosigned with childcare company TRP Japan Co., Ltd. which is covering within the scope of applicable insurance. Please note that the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Toxicology is not responsible.
